Ozark Limited was originally formed with the sole purpose of developing Network Mesh Technology to provide positioning and sensor data. This functionality, using ubiquitous hardware from Nordic Semiconductor, removes the need
for manual scanning of any kind.
The long-range version of Bluetooth 5, with enhanced forward error correction enabled, is currently achieving a range of 800 metres line of sight, this coupled with the ability
to relay data between our Solar Powered units, means that with a minimum of infrastructure deployed we can push data to the Cloud effortlessly using any of the existing commercially available technologies.
Our
sensor hardware weighs less than 35 grams and is encapsulated within a combination material case for added durability and water resitance.
Ozark technology is currently deployed within Cold Chain
monitoring environments in New Zealand providing real time data and is in use by one of the World’s largest restaurant chains and New Zealand’s largest dairy company providing real time configurable cellular alerts.
The encrypted DTL (Data Transport Layer), developed by Ozark, is impervious to Trash Can and Replay Attacks which means that the integrity of the data received may be relied upon as being free from outside interference.
Ozark has also designed digital sensor technology that does not require calibration for the Cool Store industry which coupled with our encrypted DTL providing real time data will not only be more accurate but
offer considerable time savings.
In addition, we have completed the design phase and will imminently be testing our encrypted DTL using NB-IOT and LTE Cat-M1 via Vodafone’s network.
It is
therefore conceivable that with the predicted low current draw of NB-IOT and LTE Cat-M1, a viable battery and or solar powered solution incorporating integrated GPS and encrypted DTL will become a reality.
